More often than not when I work with someone they tell me “there’s just too much information I don’t know where to start”. Agreed.
There is a ton of information! Here’s a list to simplify what you can do this week. I’m not suggesting cutting out entire food groups with this list. I am merely providing a starting point to cut out feeling overwhelmed.
Eat only from this list this week. Commit to moving your body each day this week for 30 minutes. Walk, jog, yoga, lift, skip, push up, pull down, jump up. Whatever it is just move.
Do this for a week and unlock your own magic. ❤️
