The I's

The best weapon we have against disease is to eliminate as much as we can of what causes it.
.
The I’s
Inject it
Inhale it
Ingest it
Imagine it
.
When it comes to injections we should know exactly what we are putting into our bodies. The benefit should outweigh the risk. Fully understand how the technology works and what side effects may occur.
.
Cleaning products, room deodorizers, personal care products contain Phthalates and BPA. They are man‐made chemicals called endocrine disruptors. These products are often inhaled and absorbed through the skin.
.
They affect hormones such as estrogen and testosterone, which are important for the reproductive system. They can also potentially interfere with normal growth and brain development as well. Inhalation of small amounts of gas or chemicals over a long period may result in chronic inflammation.
.
Also, inhalation of some chemicals, such as arsenic compounds and hydrocarbons , can cause cancer. Cancer may develop in the lungs or elsewhere in the body, depending on the substance inhaled.
.
We are what we eat! Now we know that’s true because glyphosate has now been found in human tissue. “More than 80% of Americans have a widely used herbicide lurking in their urine, a new government study says”.
.
Some very interesting work is being done around the area of our thoughts and disease. The power of our imagination shouldn’t be overlooked. The stories we tell ourselves often end up being our reality. If we walk around for decades thinking we are doomed for disease because our genetics are bad what impact does that have on our body?
.
Aiming to lessen our burden is a great strategy for optimum health. We can’t eliminate all of the assaults on our bodies in todays world but we can lessen them by making better choices.
.
Weigh the benefits vs risks when taking injections.
Be mindful of spraying and absorbing chemicals on the body.
Make a lifestyle choice to grow/eat organic food that is minimally processed and support makers that prepare food with the same philosophy.
The stories we tell ourselves about our health matter. They are maybe even the most powerful weapon of all that we have in creating our health.
