This Is What It’s All About Now

This is what it’s all about now. Being able to keep up, but also feeling so good that I want to do the things my kids are doing.
When I challenge my daughter to a jump off I feel up to the challenge
Even though there’s no chance I’m beating this dancing queen.
Top Reasons Why People Don’t Exercise
Starting exercise now is pointless, I’m too out of shape.
I’m sick or injured already exercise isn’t for me.
It’s too late to make a difference in my health.
I cant afford a membership or equipment.
I don’t have time.
You CAN start from anywhere. In fact people are starting from all kinds of circumstances. If you need proof of that check out @trialsmma and learn more about their rock steady boxing program. They are just one of many organizations that are supporting adaptive training. Their work is truly inspiring to me.
There are plenty of things to do to stay active that do not require a gym membership. Walking, running, hiking or free video workouts.
If you don’t make time now for improving your health then your health will force you to make time later.
You are worth it. You can feel good so you can do what you love for longer!
